A simple word game inspired by the letters and conundrum rounds in Countdown.

OVERVIEW

NORMAL MODE:

You have 30 seconds to form words from nine randomly selected letters. Each word submitted extends the timer based on the length of the word. Submit 10 words to gain a level and some extra time. Extra time rewarded from the level up is reduced each level.

Scoring is based on the letters used. Commonly used letters in English dictionary nets fewer points. Submitting words you already submitted will reward fewer points.

You get a hint every three seconds of idling. Tiles on the board that forms a match will jiggle. You will still need to find the order of tiles to form the word.

DAILY CONUNDRUM MODE:

Every day, five words are selected that have nine letters each. You have 30 seconds for each round to submit a word. You earn two points for each letters used and additional two points for using all nine letters.

Clear five rounds to complete the daily challenge. Each submitted word can reward up to 20 points, with a final score of 100 points.

CONTROLS:

• Click/Tap to select or deselect tiles
  • You can deselect tiles used for any part of the word. The letters will be shifted to fill the empty spot
• Press the Submit button (The green checkmark) to submit the word.
• Press the Redraw button (The two curved arrows) to redraw new tiles
  • Redraws will need to recharge after each use
  • Tiles are automatically redrawn for free if there's no valid words available

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• The game utilizes multiple threads, which might cause issues when running the web version on some devices. You can play the Windows, Linux, or Android version instead.
• There's no censorship/blocklist whatsoever on the wordlist. Any offensive words that might be accepted due to the wordlist is not intended to cause any harm.
• The wordlist is last updated a while ago, so don't expect newer words/slang to be accepted.
